Earl passed away on Wednesday, August 9, 2017.

Earl was a resident of Emmitsburg, Maryland at the time of passing.

He was born in Wheeling, WV and was a graduate of Mt. St. Mary's College in Emmitsburg, Maryland where he received his Bachelors Degree.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 12, 2017, at 2:00pm at St. John XIII University Parish at the University of Tennessee, 1710 Melrose Place in Knoxville.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Smoky Mountain Service Dogs (www.smokymountainservicedogs.org).
